I write about engineering leadership, software, and the realities of building and operating systems with people.
Most of what I publish is practical. I am usually interested in the parts that become difficult in real environments: decision-making, trade-offs, reliability, ownership, execution, and the friction that appears when systems meet teams, deadlines, and imperfect information.
This is not a blog for abstract advice. I care more about what holds under pressure than what sounds good in theory.
From time to time, I also publish shorter notes on food, films, travel, books, or whatever else I happen to be thinking through. Those are side notes. They are part of the same personal space, but they are not the center of the site.

Bu blog soyut tavsiyeler için yazılmadı. Benim için önemli olan, teoride iyi duran şeylerden çok, baskı altında gerçekten çalışan şeylerdir.
Zaman zaman yemek, film, seyahat, kitaplar ya da o an zihnimi meşgul eden başka konular hakkında daha kısa notlar da paylaşıyorum. Bunlar yan notlardır. Aynı kişisel alanın parçasıdırlar, ama sitenin ana odağı onlar değildir.
